Why:
The idea for Soft Femme Tarot was spoken into existence in Bali in 2022, and the vision began to form into reality from 2023 to 2024 between the tarot deck creator and the tarot deck designer.
Drawing upon Daoist and yogic philosophy in the tarot deck creator's own spiritual practice, her love of clinch covers from vintage romance and gothic novels, and the mythic stories of ancient goddesses, Soft Femme Tarot honours the light and shadow aspects of the feminine archetype.
This indie tarot deck is a passion project entirely self-funded by the tarot deck creator. There are no immediate plans for a second printing.

First to say the quality and feel of this deck is so beautiful. The cards feel so smooth and velvety almost. For me this deck has been the one where something clicked when reading tarot. It is the one that seems to speak to me the loudest. I don't know what magic is in this deck but for me it is truly my counsel. To say it is my favourite deck doesn't do it justice, I love all my decks for different reasons - it's like this one seems to be a wiser or a more deeply connected deck. I don't know what words to use, it is difficult to convey what this deck is to me. Other decks I will let anyone use as well but one time when I shared this deck with another it felt so wrong! So now this deck is purely for me. Thank you for bringing this deck into creation ❤️✨️

From the moment I saw this deck was in the works I knew I had to have it. It’s one of those rare ones I connected with instantly. Every detail feels intentional from the red edge to the romantic feminist artwork and the gorgeous back! The imagery is stunning and the card stock is unbelievably soft. I’m in love.
